EYFS Areas of Learning
Literacy
Within this area of learning, we concentrate on developing early reading and writing techniques and promote a love of literacy through stories and play. We encourage independence and a 'have a go' attitude so that each child can fulfil their full potential with writing.
Maths
In Maths, we follow the White Rose Schemes of learning to develop each child's understanding of maths through a mastery based approach. Each child is encouraged to explore and deepen their knowledge through practical play experiences.
